INFORMATION on this site covers mainly basic digital weighing machines and counting scales. For competitive prices on higher specification machines from any of the above manufacturers (e.g. stainless steel, hoseproof, intrinsically safe, process control, recording, average weight) or for details on other weighing machines (e.g. hanging, metric, price computing, pocket electronic balances) send details or type number.

LITERATURE covering all models is available on request, together with formal quotation.

TO ORDER simply phone, e-mail,post or fax your official order, detailing full specification required. Receipt of order will be confirmed together with delivery and payment details. All machines are covered by a 12 month RTB warranty except where stated otherwise or where special on-site servicing has been agreed. A Certificate of Accuracy or BS9002 can be provided if so required.

PAYMENT is accepted by either credit card,(+2.5%) cheque,bank transfer or postal order. All data provided will be treated in the strictest confidence and will not be retained after the transaction. For cheque payments goods are despatched on receipt of cheque not on clearance.

DELIVERY on most standard machines is normally ex-stock and customers will be notified immediately of any delay. RETURNS - Goods must be returned within 7 days in the unlikely event of being defective in any way. A replacement machine will be sent immediately on receipt.Goods specially manufactured to customers requirements eg platform scales cannot be returned.
Any goods returned outside of these parameters will incurr a restocking charge of 20%.
